OUR UNIQUE ORGANIC SOURDOUGH CRUST

the dough is fermented for 3 days, allowing the unique sourdough flavor and texture to develop. Some gluten sensitive people find our pizza easily digestible. 9 inch, medium-thick crust, baked in a skillet with extra virgin olive oil to create a crunchy browned crust.

             

•  margherita – our classic tomato sauce, mozzarella, fontina, fresh basil $12.50

•  bianca – sheeps milk feta, fontina, Kalamata olives, rosemary, fresh arugula (no tomato) $12.50

•  sausage – Molinari sausage, mushrooms, onions, mozzarella, tomato sauce $14.50

•  piccante – spicy Calabrese salami, tomato sauce, mozzarella, Kalamata olives $14.50
