               Please select one dish from the following THREE courses:


                                           FIRST COURSE:  SALAD or SOUP

    • il vecchio Caesar salad – the classic: organic egg yolk, anchovy pesto,

                                       parmesan, over artisan romaine, croutons

    •asparagus souppuree of locally grown asparagus, in our house-made  chicken stock 


                                       SECOND COURSE:  PASTA – MEAT - FISH

    • raviolihouse-made pasta, filled with ricotta and spinach in traditional tomato sauce

  • fettuccine, house-made, with porcini mushroom in cream sauce,  aged Reggiano parmesan

    • saltimbocca romana, filet of chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto di Parma, fontina, in wine-mushroom sauce

    •  tagliata di manzo, aged New York steak, grilled, sliced, with balsamic glaze, pureed potatoes, sautéed vegetables

    • scampi, Louisiana gulf shrimp, braised in butter and lemon with sautéed vegetables



                     • chocolate mousse torte with mascarpone cream

                     • limoncello sorbet with preserved amarena cherries
